My EE eligibility was being scrutinized because "The job description in the letter is not sufficient" as mentioned in PFL. I guess the original employment letter was too vague when describing my duties so I just asked my previous employer a more detailed description.

On Nov 29 my background in tracker changed to completed and I received PFL on the same day. Submitted response last week and later ADR changed to "Not applicable" Today I called IRCC they congratulated me and told everything was completed and I just need to wait for finalization which will come...

They asked for it in a procedural fairness letter. I’m still waiting for my notes.

Got letter today saying my JD is not sufficient. Will request a new one with more detailed JD from my previous boss. But at least that's an update!

Hi, May I please know what did you end up doing? I am in a similar situation where I applied for EE BCPNP but my eligibility stuck in the federal process. Should I cancel my EE first or it's okay to apply for a non ee nomination concurrently? Thanks so much for your help.

I called them at (888)242-2100 with my phone. I am inside Canada though so I do not know if that number works internationally.

AOR June 24th MEP Aug 19th BIO done Aug 6th. eligibility and background in progress. Called them agent told me eligibility is review required. Desperately waiting... Processing center is Sydney.
