Can i cancel Study visa extension application before study permit expire and apply for PGWP

My study permit is expiring on 31 December, 2024. Earlier the college management told that I have to apply for an extension as I won't receive my course completion letter until January 2025. So I have applied for study permit extension which is just under submitted status since then. But thr college has speed up the process and will provide my course completion letter between 15-23 December. But as I have already applied for an extension but it taking longer than expected, can I withdraw that application once I receive my course completion letter and apply for PGWP right away. In that case I would like to know whether I have to provide any additional documents so that I can continue to work on applied status.

So if you have no intention of continuing studying then raise a webform to cancel study permit extension, stop working and once you have completion letter then apply for PGWP. Then you can start working again. Assume you have IELTS.

Ok. Thank you. Yes I have IELTS as well. I have all the necessary documents in place just waiting for course to complete. And one more question. Do I have to stop working once I receive the completion letter or when I receive the grades.
