Hi, may I know what they normally ask for the return for interview? Is it the same like the hearing?

You need to submit your application through the portal:

https://portal-portail.apps.cic.gc.ca/signin?lang=en

They'll call you for brown paper / WP. Or they may mail you the WP only.

Hi, they usually do not ask anything. They take the photo/biometrics/hand over the brown paper/work permit.

No. It was done online by the lawyer. They seized my passport because they arrested me at the airport.

If you got detained at the airport you must have claimed asylum there or else you would have likely been refused entry to Canada.
