Biometrics request is not coming for 10 weeks

I haven't received BIL yet. It has been over 10 weeks, which makes me worrying.

Should I contact IRCC? Is it normal to wait this long? Any insight would be appreciated!

I know someone who waited more than 4 months to get their BIL last year for context. You can call, but unless you missed a BIL(check your GCKey for it), nothing to worry about.
