Also the current processing time for PR card is showing 24 days. Is that true? Did someone here received card within 24 days? before it was 25 days.
For work history you can attach extra sheet of paper and include it there . For current work permit, you should attach it with PDF copy of passport and for Compliance fees receipt, you should attach under optional documents section. You are very fast, I wish that IRCC officers are fast as you ))
where do add current work permit, and screen shot of payment as well I need to add all my work history for last 10 yeas since didn't fit in IMM5710E
Receiving additional document request is good sign in your case . Looks like you are going under eligibility check . Also extension of medical is positive sign too .Hi Miss Bee and other fellow,
i received ADR for CV request from IRCC starting the date from JAN 2011, which I have provided. It’s now 25 months since i submitted my non express entry application. Last week my medical extended for one year automatically. Later received ADR for CV.
what could be the reason for CV. Please guide
But eligibility already passed a year agoReceiving additional document request is good sign in your case . Looks like you are going under eligibility check . Also extension of medical is positive sign too .
Sometimes applications are assigned to different offices and officers and once they get reassigned, new officer still go through all stages again. Additional documents can be asked in any stage . I would suggest you to order GCMS notes .But eligibility already passed a year ago

The fact that your Primary Visa Office (PVO) is Etobicoke and Secondary Visa Office (SVO) is Sydney doesn’t automatically mean that your file requires further review. The SVO (in your case, Sydney) usually handles initial processing, such as completeness checks and initial assessments. The PVO (Etobicoke, in your case) is often responsible for finalising your application or handling specific steps, like security and eligibility checks, or issuing the confirmation of permanent residence (COPR). A file being transferred to Etobicoke doesn’t always mean “further review” in a negative sense. Sometimes, it’s just a routine part of the processing flow based on the workload and tasks. “Further review” typically refers to when an officer has flagged something in your application for more detailed analysis. Examples include additional document verification, concerns about eligibility, or security checks. Check your application notes via GCMS (Global Case Management System) notes to see if any officer has flagged your file for further review. These notes provide detailed information about the status of your application.@Miss bee please share your insights as i've heard that
Etobicoke office is one of the slowest visa office and if your file transfer in there, a further review is needed.
My PVO is Etobicoke and SVO is Sydney.
Does it mean that my file needs further review then?
Thanks
It’s not uncommon for the order of processing steps in your application to vary. While the general process often begins with a medical request and eligibility review before background verification, this sequence can differ depending on the complexity of your case, the visa office handling your application, and their internal procedures. Some applicants see background checks start earlier, even if eligibility and medicals are not yet marked as started.Hi everyone. I just wanted to know if this situation is normal. I have provided my biometrics almost a month ago, and according to both status tracker and GCkey, biometrics is marked as completed, and background verification is 'in progress'. Shouldn't I have received the medical exam request by now?
Also, I thought that background verification would happen after medical exam and after eligibility (they are marked as 'not started'). Is this normal?
Thanks for the help.

Timing for Medical Request: It is normal not to receive a medical request immediately after biometrics. Processing timelines can vary widely. In some cases, medical requests are issued weeks or even months after biometrics, depending on the workload and prioritization at your visa office.
Status Tracker and GCKey Updates: The information on these platforms can sometimes lag behind actual processing. For example, medical requests may be in progress but not yet updated in the tracker.
