Hi Everyome, I work with RBC at its corporate back officer as a cash management officer, im finiding it very hard to locate me noc, can anyone help, these are my duties :

  • Be the point of contact for the end-to-end billing inquires and operations process & fulfillment management for high value CCG Corporate Clients, clients, having clear Client First focus and continuous improvement mindset to support business strategies
  • Work closely with assigned RBC Service Managers and high value senior market clients to build, implement and sustain client servicing needs in collaboration with Global Transaction Services (GTS) Cash Managers, Treasury Services Specialists Capital Markets) businesses.
  • Be the contact person for the Service Managers referral process for client billing escalations to service partners including renew contracts, pricing changes, investigate billing discrepancies.
  • Take ownership of the problem management process ensuring quick cause and effect analysis, effective resolution and communication to appropriate management and team members to mitigate client, operational and fraud risk
  • Anticipate and proactively identify process improvements, innovation opportunities and best practices. Understands full impact of end-to-end business process on the client experience and balances accordingly
  • Consistently react and adapt to changing business environment. Pressure and urgency to deliver high level of quality service within established time frames in high profile setting
  • Follow established Coaching Routines and related activity to drive high performance and enhance client experience
