Hello, we got a procedural fairness letter stating that sponsor did not declare me as common law partner when he applied and got PR. We’re were living together 1.5 years before that. So letter states that I won’t be eligible for canada in class application as he did not declare me.
Can anyone help us with this?

Get an immigration lawyer now to respond to PFL. You need to explain why partner lied and misrepresented himself and got PR as single.

You were correctly sent the PFL and should have been declared on your common law partner’s PR application. Get a lawyer but would also be looking for a way to obtain PR on your own if you did live together for 1.5 years before your partner received PR.

As others have said, hire an immigration lawyer to help you respond to the letter. Most likely this will end in a refusal since you weren't declared in your sponsor's application. Assuming that happens, you will need to apply and qualify for PR on your own through an economic immigration program like Express Entry or PNP. Good luck.
