seeing a trend where ecoprs being issued are beginning/mid October, pretty much all categories but EE PNP and visa offices but Sydney VO.

I am starting to think that I will not get my EcoPR anytime soon

from what I am seeing, yes they are. There was a huge burst on approved ecoprs yesterday from montreal and etobicoke, however 0 ones coming from the ones in sydney
