    from what I am seeing, yes they are. There was a huge burst on approved ecoprs yesterday from montreal and etobicoke, however 0 ones coming from the ones in sydney

    seeing a trend where ecoprs being issued are beginning/mid October, pretty much all categories but EE PNP and visa offices but Sydney VO. I am starting to think that I will not get my EcoPR anytime soon

    I saw a bunch of ecopr today from the whatsapp group. Their P2s ranged from early October until 28th~ of October, and their VOs were either Montreal or Etobicoke. Haven't seen anyone receiving ecoprs from Sydney VO, which worries me.

    did they move your application from sydney to montreal? I called IRCC today and they mentioned my case is with Sydney office. I am worried because I see a lot of people with Sep/Early Oct timelines still pending from that office.

    on the website it says 25 days. Does it mean from submitting the photo until you receive the card at home it's 25 days?
