Last I heard that they were issuing for October 3 - October 17 yesterday. Hoping they reach to late Octobers soon enough! Fingers Crossed!
Just received my ECOPR this morning!
Heres my time line-
P1 - October 1st
P2 - October 24th
EOCPR - November 28th
CEC
No dependents
AOR - May 8th
I never inquired, but I can see now in the ECOPR that the office was Montreal.

Someone with P1 OCT 04 and OCT 28 P2 received their ECOPR today. I am the same timeline. I hope I get it too since we're the same category.

I gave IRCC a call today and they said my ECOPR will be issued from Montreal office!
