Guys have you received any final decision updates for ITA August 20 & afterwards?

There are few. I have seen some up to AOR AUG 29.

I believe IRCC is processing and sending FDs to late-August applications, but the precise time will depend on the VO. Some VOs move faster than others.

The same visa offices. Bio completed Oct 1… I saw fast processing from these offices I don’t what they are doing with my application!

There's a high probability that either they completed your eligibility or some part in the back ground check (info sharing or criminality). As far as recent trends have shown, security from the background check gets initiated when your eligibility has recommended pass by the case analyst or passed by the visa officer. Might as well call IRCC to find out!
