My current pr card is still valid. The expiry date is in March,2025.
I just have several family visit, it's not urgent but important.
I have to choose flight for the family visit, so PR card is important for me .

Which 2 pieces of evidence did you include showing you have been residing in Canada?

Some people have reported receiving their new PR Card quickly, which may be due to IRCC using some sort of AI to process simple applications.

Are bank statement and payslip available to prove my residency?

Yes. Some people feel compelled to send an enormous amount of `proof', when the instructions only call for 2 pieces of evidence. One bank statement and one payslip satisfies that request.

I personally believe that IRCC relies [heavily] on the CBSA data, but that's just my opinion.

agree with you.
I think we don't need to show all the records. They need extra proof that you live in Canada and have daily activities.
Do you renew your card also?

I did all the application online through IRCC PR portal, and I did twice, one for myself, one for my kid. It is convenient. Anyone who needs some help or have questions may leave a message here. I will try my best to give you some hint.
