If not, how long before it does?

Are you aware that you would not need a valid PR Card to return to Canada if returning in a private vehicle (land border)?

My current pr card is still valid. The expiry date is in March,2025.
I just have several family visit, it's not urgent but important.
I have to choose flight for the family visit, so PR card is important for me .

Which 2 pieces of evidence did you include showing you have been residing in Canada?

Some people have reported receiving their new PR Card quickly, which may be due to IRCC using some sort of AI to process simple applications.
