I had applied for daughter's PR sponsorship in July. We are already in Canada and daughter is on TRV.

Last week, we got medicals done and today I was able to see medicals and eligibility completed in application status tracker. To my surprise, I was also able to see the COPR details. Does this mean application processing is completed?

How can I use the COPR details to confirm PR status and initiate PR card process? I have heard that IRCC usually asks us to confirm the details of child again and location of child so that can send PPR or advise on virtual landing process?

The application status tracker portal says eligibility is completed too. Where can I get this letter so that I can atleast apply for OHIP based on eligibility letter

If you mean the approval in principle letter, I don't know, and I don't think the eligibility flag is a match to that. (In general I find the eligibility flag to be more or less useless as an indicator of anything except movement)

There is no AIP with dependent child sponsorship. I don't think OHIP coverage is possible until the child is a PR.

Copr number is am administrative step and does not mean approval
Not really because if you look at the ircc travker it clearly says “When you’re approved for permanent residence in Canada, you'll get a Confirmation of Permanent Residence document. Below are details about this document.” So if you get COPR it means you are approved for PR

Did you get the document? If you see the number and no document, you have... a number.

Again, it does not. You have not been issued the COPR yet. Just the COPR number for administrative purposes. It's still possible for an application to be refused at this point and processing is not complete.
