Got my TRV refused in Renewal application. Please advise shall I go for Judicial review or re-apply?
Reasons,
1-Based on poor quality of documentation applicant has submitted in support of this application, I don't find applicant to be credible.
2-Purpose of visit is not consistent with temporary stay given applicant details
3-Applicant will not depart

USA B1/B2 issued in 2015 then applied TRV. with 10 years passport validity 2014 to 2024.
1st- TRV issued 2015-2019-visited in 2018 for 2 weeks and returned
2nd-TRV renewed 2020-2024 on same passport-Visited 2022 for week and 2023 for 15 days and returned.

USA B1/B2 renewed in 2022 valid 2027.
Passport renewed. 2024 to 2034.
Siblings Canadian.
Child born Canadian.
Spouse Study permit in Canada.
Funds 100K USD.
80k USD annual pay Job in UAE, I have no plans to leave my 10 years Job.

Order GCMS notes. You cannot renew a TRV. It is a new application.
1. Didn’t provide good copies and you seem to be lying.
2/3. So your child is Canadian so how old is child and does child live in Canada? If so, then why would you leave?

JR doesn’t approve your TRV. If you win then another officer re-evaluates the file and it can still be refused. The biggest issues are that your spouse is in Canada, and your child was born in Canada and lives there.

This Based on GCMS notes.
Reasons,
1-Based on poor quality of documentation applicant has submitted in support of this application, I don't find applicant to be credible. (I attached supporting docs which were having poor quality and it was my mistake)
2-Purpose of visit is not consistent with temporary stay given applicant details
3-Applicant will not depart (I have visited 3 times and I have valid B1/B2 why I shall stay there for longer on Visitor if I am eligible for SOWP)

Child is infant and spouse is on study permit. I have no intentions to move since I have stable Job in my current resident country from 10 years. I am eligible for SOWP but didn't applied.

Please advise any solution, shall I re-apply visit or go for SOWP

There are strong grounds for TRV refusal. You should be applying for an SOWP if you qualify for one. If you had no plans of ever leaving the UAE as a Pakastani citizen there would be no reason to separate your family for years and be away from your child. Based on your previous posts you have been looking to immigrate for quite some time.

Canada has tough economic conditions, no jobs, expensive housing, high taxes, my Plan has changed, I have no intentions to moving permanently to Canada, I got tax free income I have got funds and USA visa, would it help to reapplication with any justification?

You won't likely get it. Try other options that were mentioned above
