As long as you’re not married and with kids, the Canadian embassy will discriminate against you, even if you show strong financial capability, a long term job and lots of previous travel. Yes, it IS discrimination. It’s not weak family ties.
Discrimination is a strong word. IRCC's mandate stems from Department of Citizenship and Immigration Act.

"Fundamentally, the Department builds a stronger Canada by helping immigrants and refugees settle and fully integrate into Canadian society and the economy, and by encouraging and facilitating Canadian citizenship."

Given the current statistics, the department is delivering well on it's mandate but they also have a responsibility towards Canadians to screen and thoroughly vet temporary and permanent residents so not every applicant is going to be approved.

I would refrain from using the word "discrimination" and instead focus on choosing the right program and addressing concerns IRCC would raise. I'm not saying they don't make errors, I've seen several cases where it seems the agents have no idea what they are doing. Ultimately, since it's not a right to come to Canada, the onus always falls on the applicant.

Hi, i'm Derya. I applied for a Canadian visa on October 25, 2024. I received a rejection response on November 19, 2024. The reasons for the rejection are:

• You do not have significant family ties outside Canada.
• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application.

I will reapply for the visa.

I'm 34 years old and single. I have never been married. I'm Turkish and i live in Turkey. My father passed away. I live with my mother, who has hypertension and diabetes. (I did not mention this information about my mother in my application.) I have a cat who suffers from heart disease. My cat needs to take heart medication every morning and evening. During my 2-month trip, my sister will take care of my cat, and I have to return because of that. (I mentioned this in my application.)
I had a certain amount of savings in euros, which I showed. Additionally, I want to go to Canada for language education. My company, where I have been working for 5 years, is sponsoring me. I am an accounting and finance specialist. The company has paid for my language school fees and round-trip flight tickets. They also stated that they will provide a travel allowance. I will continue my job remotely. My company has also mentioned this in the letter. I will continue to work with insurance and a salary. Furthermore, through a friend of mine who previously lived in Canada, a formal contract for accommodation with a family has been signed, including the payment.

Although I have sponsorship, I received a rejection. How can I fix this situation?

Should I mention my mother's health condition? And if my mother provides me with financial support, would that be beneficial? Do I need to talk about my family ties in general, such as my sister, niece, grandmother, cousins, etc.?

Thank you!

You are single so you don’t have family ties to return as mother and cats are not ties. Ties are spouse and children. You are an adult so funds from mother would not help.

What is program and where? Why do you need to come to Canada to study? Does company have any ties to Canada?

England is far closer than Canada , and is the birthplace for English .
Why pick Canada for language training , presuming it’s English training you want to come for
Why not England ?
Tbh doesn’t make sense . Far cheaper to fly from Turkey to England

And you’re ties to return are pretty much non existent( cats don’t count )
