Did Newbie get an AOR or was the first notice that the application was being processed the invitation for biometrics?
Did not receive actual AOR , biometrics invitation came with the application number in it , I linked that number in the IRCC account there it’s now showing that application being processed.

Not related exactly, but does anyone know why the government excluded sex workers from CUAET? Is it concern about exploitation or some other policy? Just curious.

This is standard lingo for all open work permits. Since CUAET is an open work permit, it has that standard language. It's not unique to CUAETs.

The government protecting itself from liability again. It makes sense. Thank you for answering.
I think it's also protection from exploitation of those on open work permits. This language has been in place for at least a decade now (probably longer). As said above, it applies to all open work permits.

Will the ability to use ATACMS without restrictions make a difference at this late stage?
If a peaceful agreement is reached and accepted by all parties soon, Ukraine will likely be divided along the current separation line.
Any country that gains control of territory before then is likely to retain it afterward.

If you can believe the Russians, it looks like these ATACMS are not very effective.
Since on the one hand they say this is the end of the world and justifies nuclear retaliation AND they don't work and are easily shot down with air defence ...

... well I'm going to say if someone says completely contradictory things, you can't believe them.

I do not think that Russian air defences are as advanced as western air defences. Ours can shoot down hypersonic missiles. Russian air defences have trouble shooting down drones.

I'm referring to claims by the Russian MOD that they shot down five of six and damaged the other one (or maybe it was four / five - I leave it to others to look it up). I'm not claiming it's true. I'm claiming it does not compute to make this claim AND that it's a threat worthy of trotting out the nuclear weapons. Something is obviously not true.

It is probably typical Russian "Maskarovska". On a sad note, my wife pointed out to me today that Ukraine has probably lost their best men in this war while Russia has used the war as an opportunity to dispose of criminals and other low lifes that are expendable.
