IELTS test latest with lower scores or previous with better scores

I am in the process of updating the Express Entry Profile.

I appeared for IELTS twice in the first and last week of October this year.

My latest IELTS has lower scores than the previous test. both are valid.

Am I obligated to use the latest test results or I can use the previous test results with better scores?

The other question I have is what if I appear in CELPIP after two IELETS exams, in this situation which test results i am obligated to use?

You can use whichever is valid. You're not obliged to choose. The certificate is valid for 2 years from the date of the test, you can use it while it's valid.

The certificate is valid for 2 years from the date of the test, you can use it while it's valid.

You can use whatever score you want because there is no link to tell you to pick a specific one.
