Procedural fairness letter

Its been 2 months i submitted my procedural fairness letter I didnt receive any decision
I dont know why they are taking this much time

After how much time you got respond

Good day! I got procedural fairness letter yesterday, and it looks like IRCC officer is not satisfied with the proof of work experience which I’ve attached. Officer suspects that duties mentioned in my proof of work experience do not match the duties listed in the NOC description (NOC 21321 Industrial and manufacturing engineers). Now I need to attach some additional information to prove that I’m eligible for the selected NOC. If anybody received the same letter, can you please advise what documentation you added to your case?

I am a success story of PFL. I received PFL, provided the information and was approved for PR.

But you should understand that it depends on the seriousness of your mistake and where you are located.

The general rule is this:
1) If you are located outside Canada, probability that you will be approved is low.
2) If you are located inside Canada, probability that you will be approved is high. But hire a lawyer who will help you compose a cover letter. In addition to that you should provide a statutory declaration. Every document should be signed and stamped. A lawyer knows how to do it. Don't save money on a lawyer! It's a serious thing.

Also:
1) If your mistake is serious (you hid criminal punishment), probability that you will be approved is low.
2) If your mistake is not serious (you forgot to mention about visa refusals), probability that you will be approved is high.

Remember PFL is not a verdict. It's a chance for you to explain whether you made mistake or you misinterpreted information.

What was the reason for your PFL, when did they respond to you and was your application inland or Outland

I find your comments very reassuring as I recently got a pfl but I responded adequately with enough evidence. The Pfl was regarding the names in my spousal pr application cos I used my late spouse maiden name in her application and her death certificate shows her marital name and I needed to attach documents like marriage certificate, birth certificate and affidavit from my late spouse father so as to clarify both names that it belongs to one and the same person..
