previously I received wes report with a double bachelor's degree and I'm not satisfied with the result as I have completed an MBA from Gujarat University. I have raised a query regarding this and paid 60 cad to upgrade my report and i received my WES updated report with master's equivalency but in that report, they mentioned NOT OFFICIAL.
Please suggest to me what to do in this case????

Even I am not getting it. Did it said Masters on the top under- Canada Equivalency Summary? Are you looking at the app or account? Did you got the copy in your mail? Where exactly it says not official?
Ok now got it, otherwise no where it says not official, right? I think it means just for you and not for official purpose like application. You had to use the hard copy you receive.
I applied Intra Company transfer work permit but I forget to mention my old US B1 Visa rejection details our Imm1295e form under Background Information section 2 (b) (c). I received Procedural Fairness letter from IRCC after that I prepared the explanation letter along with attached my previous US B1 Visa rejection details [appointments & 214(b) forms] and send back to IRCC but after 2 month they refused my application with reason "I am not satisfied that you have truthfully answered all questions asked of you. Please let me know how much possibility to get visa if I am reapplying again and who can help Kindly help.
What did you argue in your explanation letter? I mean what was the reason for not declaring your rejection?
Did the letter say that you have been given a misrepresentation ban? If not then you can reapply.

You were not given a misrepresentation ban and can reapply. When you reapply, make sure you mention both of the refusals you now have (the US one and the Canadian one). No one here can tell you the chances of approval. You'll just have to try and see what happens.
I <Name> is declaring regarding Question 2(b) that I have wrongly understood the question and choose the incorrect option. As I was applying for Canada Visa, so I was in the impression that specific 2(b) question is for Canada visa only. Question specifies to other country visa information as well. In that case I have applied US Business Visa [ B1 on dated 12-Dec-2018 & 06-Nov-2019] which didn’t go through. I am enclosing B1 Visa appointment letters and green paper which I received from the US embassy counselor after my interview. I applied for UK work permit in Feb-2021 which was granted approved by UK immigration.
I am available to supply you with any extra documents you feel necessary for processing my visa application.

Do I need to worry if i will apply any other country VISA, it will impact due to this Canada VISA refusal? I will explain all refusal details to that application, It was human error that's why mistakenly I forget to mention my US BI VISA rejection that's why my VISA rejected in details. Kindly suggest.
