My girlfriend and I are together for 3 years but we haven't lived together and have no way to prove common-law. We're planning to get married next year though.

Can I create EE profile now as single and apply for PR by myself? I do hope to get an ITA before I get married. Then after I get PR and married I'll sponsor her for spousal PR.

I'm an outland applicant btw.

You could do that or apply for PR and then add her to your app during course of the application.

IMPORTANT: if you get married before you become a PR, you MUST add here before you do - or you can never sponsor her.
