Renewing my PR Card, few questions

I have a question on Addresses here regarding my Wife. She joined a school in the US in July. She travels to Canada during almost vacations and I live in Canada (temporarily came for 4 months with her to help her settle in). Every 3 months, she lives in Canada at our permanent address location for a week or 2 where I also live, + some leaves during the quarter such as thanksgiving etc.

So we have two addresses right now, one in Canada and one in the US. Which address should she put in the renewal application from July onwards?

Personally in this context I would put her Canadian address and include a short note that this is permanent address, while she has a school address [insert address] during academic periods, she returns to Canada on most breaks. YMMV but since she'll be putting travel history for PR card renewal should be rather straightforward.
