Thank you so much @Miss bee for your constant help! Id like to know if you dont mind, how likely will i have my nomination revoked. It says that i have no employment restriction but it states my companies name and NOC. Will it be okay if my noc gets from TEER 3 TO 4 ? Any help will be highly appreciated
If your nomination document doesn’t include an employment restriction but specifies your company’s name and NOC, a change from TEER 3 to TEER 4 could potentially raise questions. Generally, provinces specify these details to ensure that nominated candidates are meeting the intended skill level for the job category. Moving from a TEER 3 to a TEER 4 job might raise concerns since TEER 4 typically indicates a lower skill level, which may not align with the requirements of your nomination category.
However, if your new job duties still align closely with your initial NOC’s responsibilities, you could clarify this by submitting a letter of explanation along with supporting documents to show that the essence of your role has not changed, only the TEER level. Since provincial nomination criteria can vary, it may also be helpful to consult with your PNP office to confirm any potential impacts on your nomination.

Hi @Miss bee i got a previous refusal for pr application due to the province withdrawn my nomination. I moved province to maintain my worker status before.I applied again this June I already received my AOR. They are processing my background check should I be worried about my new application? Now i am staying in the province from where i got the nomination.

Since you are now residing in the province that nominated you, this should demonstrate your commitment to live and work there, which addresses a common reason for nomination withdrawals. As long as you continue to comply with the nomination terms and maintain residence in the nominating province, this may reduce the risk of issues with your application. Since your background check is already in progress, this suggests your application is moving forward. And also there will be no impact on your current application due to previous refusal as long as you declared it in your present application.

Hello @Miss bee - Please enlighten me. I want to be sure I'm not missing any step. In the tracker it says " We sent you a message with instructions on how to submit your fingerprints and photo. Please complete this by the date shown in your message." However, on my main account login it with GCKey, no other message aside stating my UCI #, Application and Biometric start and Finish Date which means the previous one I did is still valid. And other icon below states:
  • We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.
  • You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes.
  • You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
  • Background check
    • Not applicable.
  • Final decision
    • Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.
Tracker and GCKey page seems contradicting.
Please note: Medical I did 2022 was submitted via webform before receiving AOR.

Is this normal and I'm not missing any d
It’s common for IRCC’s online account and tracker to show contradictory or unclear messages during the processing of PR applications. This can occur due to system updates or misalignments between GCKey and the tracker.
1. Biometrics: I would suggest you to redo it again of you got biometrics instructions letter already for avoid further delays.
2. Medical Exam: Since you’ve already submitted a medical exam from 2022, and there’s no prompt to provide a new one, it’s likely that IRCC has accepted it as well. Medical exams are generally valid for 12 months, but in some cases, IRCC extends validity if processing is delayed. And there is temporary public policy where you don’t have to redo medical exam again as your old expired medical exam is still considered valid.
3. Background Check: The “Not applicable” status often appears temporarily and may change once the background check progresses. Sometimes, this phase can be intermittent or have status updates that don’t align on all platforms.
It seems you’re not missing any critical documents or actions at this time. If you’re still concerned, you could raise a web form inquiry to confirm if all previously submitted documents are valid and if additional biometrics or medical exams are truly required. This can provide further peace of mind.

If your TEER code is under 0 , 1 and 2 , you don’t need to provide language exams for this . You only have to provide Ielts for Noc code C and D.
Thanks a lot for the information provided.

Hey @missbee, I received AOR and Biometric fee request on 22nd October. I made a payment before 18th September and it got reflected in later on 23rd October. However I called them last week regarding this and they said the biometric receipt is in the application documents now. However I haven't received BIL yet what should I do ? Should I submit a new biometric fee request using webform again ?

You can do again however just note sometimes there is delay in sending BIL so probably wait for few more days and you will get it .
