I am reaching out to request assistance with a technical issue I encountered during the Portal 2 process for my PR application under family sponsorship. Recently, I was instructed to provide an email address to create an account for uploading my photo, as required at this stage of my application. However, I mistakenly provided an email address (helentran250517gmail.com) that had previously been used to create a representative account. This account was created a long time ago at the beginning of the application process, and I did not realize that I needed to use my email address specifically for the applicant account instead of the representative account.
As a result, I am currently unable to create a new account to upload my photo as required. I would like to use helentran250517gmail.com to create my applicant account for uploading my picture, as this has now become my default contact information. Could you please provide guidance on how I can resolve this issue or assist me in resetting the email to allow me to set up my account correctly?
