Which one (EE, FSW etc) that sponsor applied PR will be affected when sponsoring if they didn’t declare their partner? Thanks
I still don't understand the question.

Your spouse is the one who got PR but didn't declare you, right? Your spouse's PR status should be safe.

However your spouse cannot sponsor you for PR.

If you want PR, you will need to apply on your own through an economic immigration stream like Express Entry, PNP, etc.

It can take anywhere from a few weeks to over a year to hear back.

Sorry for confusion. I mean under what situation sponsor PR will be revoked?

I wacthed alot of videoes on you tube regarding the spouce not declared and specially in this case cpc take atleast 5-6 months. We sent reply in sep 19 and we only got a notification on tracker after 4 days of submission that we received your enquiry and after that nothing. Did you get a notification on tracker regarding the same and also May i know you hired a lawyer or consultant for the same ?

I just checked tracker it shows nothing yet. Will check again later these days. Yes we did hire a lawyer for it but he mentioned it will hardly get approved… what about you?

We hired a Canadian immigration lawyer, but she is uncertain about what will transpire next. She stated that my file will be denied, but without any penalty. However, my wife is not able to sponsor me again. This time is really scary. We have no idea what will happen in the future. I hope for the best. Please keep me informed here if you receive any notifications or emails from CPC. It would be a tremendous assistance.

Well, My lawyer said it’s big issue we will be charged for misrepresentation and need to leave Canada and ban for 5 years. We are super depressed these days… I will keep you posted, hope everything goes well for both of us .

Both of you should be working towards qualifying for your own economic immigration. You should be looking into the various economic immigration pathways, start learning French, do another degree if necessary, look at occupations in demand, etc. This may require you to return to your home country to do.

If my understanding is correct, after your husband obtained his permanent residence, you then got married?
Before your spouse arrived in Canada, you were married?
You applied for a spouce visa either by yourself or with the help of a consultant?
To my knowledge, your husband's PR won't be impacted. It's my belief that you received the same letter as I did, which referred to section 40. Is this true?

My spouse got his PR and didn’t declare me at that time. now VO found that we have been living together all the time. I applied spouse open work permit by using the AOR of my PR application and it has been approved. Hopefully work permit won’t be impacted… so I can stay
