Employment History Misrepresentation

I had done Study Permit Extension and PGWP Application Inside Canada by myself. Under Employment history, I only mentioned my job that I was doing at that time as I assumed we only need to mention our "current activity". I also did not remember exact dates of these part time jobs carried out during my studies. Instructions online say that this section in not required for PGWP/Co-op application, and I did not take it seriously.
I realised I should have provided details of all jobs, and providing complete employment history is material to the application. Now I want to apply for PR, but I am scared of mispresentation if i include all my jobs, as IRCC will question why were these ommited in previous applications?

Should I stay consistent with what I told earlier and dont mention the left out jobs? Is there any way for IRCC to find out by themselves? Do they also check Records of Employments for each PR applicant on their own?
If I bring this up to IRCC what are my chances of not getting banned?

I agree with @CanGoldDigger! Additionally, list all the employments in your personal history that you're not claiming points for. The ones you're actually claiming points for should be under your work history! When you do get an ITA, you could also attach a LOE stating why you didn't mention about your previous work history.
