Hi need help please. My parents application was rejected today because of:
It appears I do not meet the requirements for processing.
My application is incomplete as the below is/are missing and/or incomplete:
• [DEP] Resume (for Dependant): Incomplete

You were sent a letter on 2024/09/19, outlining our concerns and requesting the missing
information be provided within 30 calendar days. However, as of today’s date, we have not
received the missing information or a written explanation as to why you were unable to provide
the information within the allotted timeframe.

but the thing is I already submitted the documents Oct 6. Is there anyway that I can appeal my application? What can I do? Thank you

How did you submit the documents? By mail? Have you phone IRCC call centre?

Send a web form and request reconsideration. Attach the document you provided again. Do that now. I'm assuming when you originally responded you provided all of the documents they requested. Either way submit the web form, request reconsideration, and ask if they will reopen your file.

I have the exact same situation as you. I did the way scylla suggested. I am waiting for the feedback from IRCC. I just want to see if there is any other method I can do now.

Have you received any response yet from CIC. They have incorrectly rejected the PR application before.

Not yet, but i reached out to our MP ang gave me update that might be a glitched on their system coz docs are submitted on time and complete. my application is good to go and just wait for another email for update in my application.
