Hey Guys, I got Biometrics request for my parents yesterday and today i got medical request. Can anyone please advise what's the next step? We already submitted PCC last month.

I tried everything and nothing worked, then one day I decided to call IRCC and spent 2 hours in line waiting. They solved the issue. It was simply that the number of applicants I was entering was wrong. At that point in the link application menu, I was always entering 2 applicants because it was for my mom and dad, however the number they told me over the phone was 4. The logic was that there were my 2 parents and then myself and my co-signer. It's nonsense since I also have kids as dependents, but that was the issue. so I recommend you try different numbers of applicants.

Sponsor + co-signer + PA + dependents being sponsored.
And do not count dependents of sponsor.

Hi. I have finally received passport request for my mother's PGP application. I applied last year in 2023. That said, I am in a dilemma as since her application submission, her country of residence has changed. What should I do now:
1) Reply back to the IRCC email with change of address request? I wonder how long will it take for IRCC to reissue the passport submission letter after this change)
2) Bring her in to Canada (she has visit visa) and submit her passport here in Ottawa? I can do that easily as she is in USA but my concern is that she is going through some medical treatment so I can't have her stay here for 3 months or so waiting for her passport to be returned back.

Any suggestions?

I got the passport request on October 20. My visa office is Islamabad, Pakistan

I didn't do anything. All I got was an email from IRCC that file has been transferred to Mississauga Office.
