Hi everyone! My dependents received their COPRs issued by IRCC New Delhi in India, but there was a mix-up with my two sons' photos on their respective COPRs. I immediately raised a web form to notify IRCC New Delhi about the error, but it's been over two months with no response. My queries are:
1. Since the COPRs are valid until December, does anyone have suggestions on what steps I should take next?
2. If the IRCC New Delhi does not responds, will that be okay to travel with these COPRs? Can this error be corrected at PoE?
Any help is appreciated

I would try contacting your MP. Personally I would not want to travel with the photos mixed up, could take you ages after to get it straightened out.

Also try calling IRCC in Canada, or CBSa to see if they could deal with the photo mix up at landing.

Thank you for reaching out. The issue is that the COPRs were issued by IRCC New Delhi, and the photo mix-up occurred on their end. So you think speaking to an MP in Canada would be helpful in this situation.
Also who should I contact- IRCC New Delhi or Canada? I tried reaching out IRCC New Delhi twice but every time the call goes to an agent who actually knows nothing and just asks to wait for the reply to email/webform
Has anyone been in this situation before? Just want to know how the issue was handled.

You've tried the obvious - contacting IRCC Delhi about THEIR error.

Now you bug anyone and everyone at IRCC you can until they fix their error. Make sure you tell everyone that you already contacted Delhi twice with no answer.

Bureaucratic basics: they will start by forwarding it to Delhi. This will embarrass Delhi. If it doesn't, you go to the Minister's office and higher until THEY embarrass Delhi to fix their g-d problem.
