Dependents landing before Primary applicant

It is complicated. Usually when outland applicants land in Canada while the primary applicant waits for their eCoPR - the passport and CoPR documents are seized at the airport/border. So, you won't be landed as a PR for sure, but not sure what happens to your PGWP or your SIN. An alternative is to wait till the primary receives their eCoPR. Try to find a similar case or maybe talk to an immigration lawyer that would talk to you by the 20 minutes/hourly blocks - you can expect to pay $100-300/hr for the call, but it will be well worth it (if you don't find the right answers here).
Hi, i am PA and waiting for my ecopr in canada. My Outland dependents got ppr but in the letter they mentioned not to send passports until PA virtual landing is completed. I dont think i will get copr inside 30 days to meet ppr deadline. Can we still send passports? Will ircc do the stamping? Pls respond

I've not seen this case yet, so I can't comment on what the solution could be. Call IRCC today and get your answer.

Hi all, my parents just got their passport stamped under PGP application. My father is primary applicant. Can my father land first? And can my mother land a month later? My mom is still working and can't able to come with my dad.

1. Not the right place to ask PGP related questions, this is EE part of the forum. Hence most of us would only share what we know from EE.
2. For EE - the dependent can land as long as the CoPR is valid(check the expiry date). Primary applicant landing before dependent causes no issues in EE.

No issue with primary applicant landing first.
