Sponsoring my sibling's study permit extension in Canada for providing financial support

I've been a PR in Canada for a few years now. My sister is currently in Canada on a study permit, which is set to expire as her current program is nearing completion.

She has been accepted into another one-year program at a different institution and is in the process of applying for a study permit extension. I am in a position to fully support her financially, covering her tuition, living expenses, and any additional costs.

My question is: would it be more beneficial for her application if I provide a formal sponsorship letter, or should I transfer the necessary funds directly into her Canadian bank account?

Additionally, could my sponsorship be seen negatively by the visa officer, given that we're closely related? I’m concerned they might interpret this as an intention for her to stay in Canada after her studies. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Don’t transfer large amount of funds because it will be obvious that she did not earn the funds. Provide a letter indicating you are committing to sponsoring her tuition costs an living expense and include proof that you have the additional saving to afford to do so.
