Super visa for MY mother - Do i need to include my wife's documents

we both are PR. my wife is pregnant, stays at home and takes care of my first child. I am applying for my mother. we will show the purpose is family visit and to visit our newborn. Do i need to include my wife's name and supporting documents in the application?
