Whats the current timeline for AIP endorsement for NS?

NS timelines may not be very different from NB timelines. Will the level set number that will be announced by Marc Miller on Nov 1st impact the number of endorsement approved in 2024 ?

i applied for my endorsement on march 27th and havent heard anything back yet. I think its more than 6 months. Does anyone know whats a processing time??
