My mother is the one funding my education fully and I wanted to ask if birth certificate is required for the process at all, I have lost mine and there is alot of process to get it ready and but applying for the jan intake which is in three months.
my mother has different nationality than me as i have aquired my father's nationality,

however I also wanted to ask if shared trips when i was young with her, my parents marriage certificate, and family photos will do it, she will also write a financial affidavit, I also a permenant status in my mother's country because im her child.

In general processing for January entry at this point is very unlikely. Order a new birth certificate and/or submit other formal documentation showing who your parents are. Proof of traveling together and pictures should not be included as proof.

Hello,

I have about more than two months till the start of classes and I have done biometrics in the last ten years, and the processing time for my country is just 5 weeks as written on IRCC website, do you think it will take longer than two months?

Also, aren't marriage certificate of my parents and financial affidavit formal documentation?
During my previous application it was written that shared trips can be used as proof of relationship with sponsorship, have they changed any rules regarding this point?

Thanks.

Posted processing times are often incorrect and represent estimated averages. To add to this around Christmas time minimal processing happens for around 2 weeks. This is not a case of family sponsorship which is why proof of travel together would not be proof. The example is mainly for spouses being sponsored. Your parents’ marriage certificate does not prove that you are their child. If parentage is indicated on other official documents I would submit that.

I only have two documents to support my application one is marriage certificate and the other is a permenant ID given to person of my mother's country origin. and also an affidavit of sponsorship, I was born in new zealnd and the process to get a birth certificate is hard since they have no embassy where I live, and I live 22hs away from there. so should I bother to apply for my study permit or it would be rejected because of this issue?

You can apply and explain. I would include proof that you are trying to secure a new copy of your birth certificate. No matter what you should be attempting to secure a new birth certificate because it is important to have. Why were you born in New Zealand and do you have NZ citizenship? Your immigration history is very complex.
