Hello everyone,

This is my final timeline:

Application submitted: Feb 26.
AOR: Mar 2.
Scheduled for citizenship test: Apr 12
Citizenship test marked as completed: Apr 22
Background marked as completed: Jul 11
LPP marked as completed: Aug 1
Citizenship Oath updated to in process: Aug 30
Citizenship Oath: Sept 13

It is immensely relieving to finally be able to close this chapter and become a full-fledged Canadian citizen.
I came to Canada six years ago, and this whole journey has made me grown tremendously as a person in many different ways.
I have heard a lot of people say that seeing timelines online gave them solace and helped them bear with the anxiety of this long process.
But, I would say it was quite the opposite for me. My piece of advice to you would be to try to forget about all this, even if it is not always easy. The day will come, just be a little patient.

Best of luck to everyone.

Yes, there are bunch of us. Is your Security and Criminality done? Just order GCMS notes and it would give a glimpse into where its stuck at. Also, once beyond 7 months official time, you can start approaching MP locally as well as try calling IRCC about the progress or order notes like GCMS, CBSA ATIP (if you have had travel history) etc
I've been stuck as well on physical presence. The problem with me has been that my passport doesn't have any stamps for entries/exits for international travel and the only thing they can see are my exits. So i sent them everything i could including tickets, tax filings, bills, proof of vaccinations lol. I called IRCC on Friday and the agent said "they're working on it and i cannot say how long it will take". I asked about why it couldn't be completed within the timeline and she just said "there's no such thing as a timeline for us. That's just for you to see the average processing time." I asked her to leave a note or anything that would motivate her colleagues to actually do some work and she said none of this is within their procedures.

Honestly, the gray area in my physical presence days was less than 5 months and it's been more than that since i submitted my application. I'll ask my MP to push them to make a decision. PP for simple cases should be simple yes/no. I've 3 years of continuous employment with multi-national corporations including 6 months for CBSA loool. Don't see why they can keep sitting on this BS

Agree, we only get a common answer and there is no other way to know the status of an application with specifics, apart from Tracker and calling them. ATIP helps but there is a lag as well.
I did same like yours, eTickets, itinerary, Passport stamps when available, Boarding passes when available, when I had US travel: I-94, Taxes, All IDs, PCCs (applied just now)...I applied for CBSA ATIP just a few days back and can add it to the file, not sure where is the hold up.
Contacting the email address (which you had for the Test invite) could be another try, but again I have seen folks getting generic replies to that, and that sometimes secondary or primary offices are involved.
I am also contemplating waiting and approaching the MP as well as the leader of the opposition if it helps.
Mandamus is and can be used but again Lawyer might be needed. But trying MPP is well before that.
