Applied on April 5
Correspondance letter: October 9
Approval: October 12
The estimated processing time when I applied was around 60 days...good job IRCC!

I don’t think these changes apply for Extension of SOWP. They apply for first time applicants, as I understood.

This does makes sense and based on the approvals for SOWP extensions on here so far it seems like that is the case. Thank God

Hii I applied for my study permit extension on 3rd July I’m still waiting for my extension.I completed my studies in august and got my transcript and completion letter.now I can not apply for my work permit and can’t even do any work since I need valid permit for work permit application.every time when I think wait time gonna be over but they extend their processing time.

How long does it take for them to mail your physical permit? I got approved on the 11th, and havent gotten any mail yet.
