That is not correct. If the person has received an email (P1) asking if the PA is in Canada or not, the application is almost complete. It takes 3-4 weeks to get the final email where applicant can create their login and fill the details for PR card printing.

Hey,

for my wife's sponsorship application, On the tracker, I have everything completed. I even have Confirmation of Permanent Residency (COPR) details (number, expiry date...).
However on the IRCC account, the application is still processing !

Which one is the accurate one ? and How much longer will it take to get the confirmation email ?

Then the relevant part is getting the P1 email, not the allocation of the COPR #.

Today I just received another ghost update?
What does it mean?
By the way I'm an august 2023 applicant and my background and eligibility is in progress on the tracker already

It could be that someone was working on or opening your file to work on something or maybe update your PR application soon!

1. For the proof of contact put enough proof as possible of you can make to 10 pages okay no problem.
2. No he doesn't need an employment letter, understand spouse sponsorship application only the sponsor provide that.
3. Of your conversation are not in french or English, you need to translate them.

Religion does have any impact
Most of people applied on their first wedding year so that's not a problem

As long as you are able to prove your relationship and provide all the documents, these things don't matter.
