What does we received ur enquiry mean on tracker

I got a similar activity on tracker and it was because I had raised a Webform. So if you raised a Webform or contacted them via phone call, it will show up in tracker activity stating we received your enquiry.

I saw the text “application/status updated” on 9/17 in my GCKey profile, but like many of us, I didn’t notice any changes inside. So, I decided to call IRCC to enquire, and they informed me that my eligibility had passed. That was the reason for the update in GCKey.

Then on 10/8, I saw the same “application/status updated” message again. When I called, IRCC told me that the background check, including the security screening, had been completed. And just today, on 10/9, I saw another update. This time, when I checked my profile, I noticed a new date next to the final decision. I called IRCC again, and they confirmed that everything is now complete, and my visa office has been updated to Hamilton and Montreal.

So, to sum up, whenever you see the “application/status updated” text in your GCKey profile, it usually means something has progressed in your application, even though GCKey itself might not show it immediately. The tracker also tends to be a few days behind. IRCC agents can give you the most up-to-date information, so it’s a good idea to call and ask whenever you see this message, or you can choose to wait patiently for the final decision.

No, you won’t get emails for everything. You’ll receive emails for BIL and P1/P2 updates. For all other updates, including ‘application/profile updated,’ you’ll need to log in to your GCKey profile to check.

Yes, the ‘Application/profile updated’ text will disappear once you click ‘View Account’.

Hey, so the tracker is not exactly perfect. Most people are able to create an account only after 10 odd days of completing their Biometrics. Same was the case with me.
Keep on trying every day if you want the tracker account. But also don't worry too much if you are not able to, as the tracker doesn't get updated that frequently and often has out of date information.

Yesterday I logged into my GCKey account, just to check if there are any updates (didn't get any email notifications or anything). Next to my application it showed "Application Updated/New Update", but when I clicked on the application, everything is the same, no change whatsoever. My tracker is basically the same, no updates since the 4th of Oct on it.
My NERVES!
