The fact that you have spent a significant amount of time outside Myanmar as an adult will lead to concerns that you will not return to Myanmar. It appears as though you are trying to secure PR through studies like your siblings which I assume is the case but also evident to IRCC.

Actually I only spent 4 year of my college years out of my country. I attended MBA in my country (UTCC Thailand’s branch in Myanmar). Only now, I am in Thailand for 6 month - 1 year.

I am thinking to show our investment (we recently bought Condominiums in Thailand) It is under my name and my father’s name. I am not sure it will solidify the home-tie or backfire ?

Won’t help unless you have Thai citizenship or some sort of longterm status in Thailand. An investment property doesn’t create ties.
