Should I include the letter explaining about my previous relationship in the sponsorship application?

Hi Everyone
I am going to get marry with my current partner soon and sponsor him
I am wondering that should I write letter to explain how and why my previous relationship has been broken?

I get marry with my ex spouse in May 2022, and sponsor him inland and he got Pr January 2023, then our relationship has been broken,we has been separated in March2023 and signed divorce on March 2024 and finally got divorced in May 2024.
My ex spouse visited me in Cancada from Australia( he is Vietnamese and had student visa Australia)

my previous relationship was genuine but sadly was broken quickly when living together ,
So I dont know will it affect my current relationship and sponsorship?
and should I write letter to explain with visa officer how and why broken?

Not unless they ask for it. You probably still can't sponsor your new spouse until January 2026 due to the 3 year obligation you signed.

I think it's hard for any of us to guess. Make sure you don't submit the application until the full three years have passed. Good luck.
