Hello,

I am a citizen of a country where there is an active war, However, I moved to my mother's country where I have permenant residency of five years.
My mother has houses and strong, wealthy bank statement that can cover my whole education and living expenses.

I also done my highschool in different country than my citizenship and my permenant residence. I too explained that I wil return to my mother's country to take over her business and houses rentals upon graduation.
And I have got rejected before only after 20 days of applying because i forgot to upload my visa in the country that i got my school education from but now i left to my mother's country where i have all of my family here.
and also my parents are old in age almost 70.

What are my chances to get study permit?

In other post you're saying you have your study permit. So, which one is it?

With due all my respect both topics are different, one's regarding inland application and the other is study permit.
Ok - fair enough. Would be better to post to the International Students forum.

You will want to put together a very strong application since you already have one refusal. Order your GCMS notes before you reapply.

Your parents are not really a tie and their assets and property are not a tie.

How old are you? Depending on your age, IRCC may expect you to be able to fund your studies yourself.

I deeply apologize for posting in the wrong forum.

I ordered my gcms notes and the refusal grounds were:

-I was studying highschool in country A and I by mistake applied with country B visa, Now since i graduated I live in my country which is B and I will apply again stating that I live here.

-and they also said my LOA didnt have the duration of my studies which is strange because its stated on the LOA very clear. I also emailed the university and attached letter of the gcms so perhaps they could edit my LOA they refused to do it, put in mind the university is very known and not a some semi-private college in canada or a barley DLI college.

I am also 20 years old.

Based on your age it works for your parents to fund your studies.

What will you show for proof of ties?

May I ask what can be proven as proof of ties as a freshly high school graduate applicant?
I may be confused. Which country are you living in right now and how long have you been there?

I want to apologize that I cannot disclose such information on public internet space as it might effect any future IRCC applications. However I am just asking how can someone prove proof of ties if not family?

Thank you and i once repeat my apology for not answering the personal question.

I'm not asking you about the actual county names. It's a bit confusing to understand what has happened in which country. High school was in country B or is there a country C? Are you in A or B now? How long have you been wherever you are now? Where does your mother live? I'm finding it hard to follow.

BTW - no one from IRCC is on here reading discussions but obviously your choice to keep information private. The disadvantage to not naming counties is that this can impact the advice given. For example, depending on where you attended high school, this could potentially impact the strength of an asylum claim in Canada.

alright, I have lived my entire life and completed my high school in country A (I am not a citizen nor a permenant resident there).
I moved to my mother's country which is B on permenant resident status.

''My country of citizenship or my father's country which is C is in a state of war, thus, im living in my mother's country B and also where vast majority of the family lives and all of the supporting documentation comes from including my parents business and realestates.

May I ask how can one prove the ''proof of ties'' at least in my case?

This helps and makes sense.

How long ago did you move to B? This will help to answer your question. Did you apply for the first study permit while still living in A?
