I did a mistake my first time I applied with documents and residency of B and put my country of residence A and my intention was country B since I was there.

I lived in country B for three months this year and almost full year from 2022 to 2023, I have one of these permits given to people who have decent from the country or ethinicly from country B that allows me the rights of citizens exept voting, and I can aquire the citizenship once i revoke my current one.

I'm not sure there's much you can do but apply and hope for the best. Generally speaking, it's quite a bit more difficult to obtain an approved study permit while you are residing in a country where you don't have citizenship. But not much you can do about that. Good luck and let us know how it goes.

I think you haven't understood what I said by permenant permit. It is a permit given to the nationals of the country but with foreign passport, in my case i have my father's passport or citizenship and since im also from my mother's country, they give me this permenant status because dual citizenship is not premitted. Think of it as an american with a japanese mother living in japan where japan does not allow dual citizenship, thus, the japanese goverment issues an ID or status for foreign nationals with japanese decent or think of it as an american greencard (all of these ar examples).

Is the permit indefinite / has no expiry date?

Its is called to 'Foreign Nationals with japanese Origin ID'' (i used japan as example) It has 5 years expiry and can be renewed with no problems, like green cards in the US

All you can do is reapply and see what happens. Good luck.

You can use them but IRCC generally doesn't regard them as strong ties. At your age it is challenging to show strong ties. You'll just have to apply and hope for the best.
