help to find visa application

Good day,
My name is Assel Temirgaliyeva.
I initially applied for Touristic Visa to Canada in Spring 2024 from old email. However, my email address has changed. I cannot track my visa application status because all details are tight to old email, which is not active now.

Could you pls kindly help me to track my initial visa application issued this year? How to update my new email to my visa application?
