Contact any of the nearest from this link : https://secure.cic.gc.ca/PanelPhysicianMedecinDesigne/en/Home

Call that particular location and book an appointment, mention you wants to do an upfront medical for Super Visa Application already submitted.

You will receive a letter mentioning IME number and other details at the end of the Medical, submit that using this link : https://secure.cic.gc.ca/ClientContact/en/Application

Usually the last updated date changes. The ghost update without any changes usually means that either someone updated your application in the background or there something is completed(eligibility, medical, background verification)

How do you get notified of the ghost update for the tracker? Is it by email or last updated date change?

Does anyone else see this despite applying for a super visa?

Super visa is part of Visitor visa and hence the tracker shows Visitor visa. If you filled the forms for Super visa, then nothing to worry about.

I applied for Super visa and mine says Visitor Visa as well.
