I would suggest you call/visit the hospital and ask if they have received any further request for you father’s medical. They sometimes miss calling you. Other than that, submit a webform to IRCC to provide updates.

I have not received any updates. Waiting is the only option for now as there is nothing we can do to trigger an update.

Super visa is part of Visitor visa and hence the tracker shows Visitor visa. If you filled the forms for Super visa, then nothing to worry about. I applied for Super visa and mine says Visitor Visa as well.

Usually the last updated date changes. The ghost update without any changes usually means that either someone updated your application in the background or there something is completed(eligibility, medical, background verification) How do you get notified of the ghost update for the tracker...
