IRCC Final Decision Update

Hey all, I got the P2 today. My P1 was 3 days after `final decision - in progress` P2 took 2 weeks after receiving P1.

I have same status as you, except the Final decision date is August 29, 2024. I called IRCC today and agent told me to wait since my application is still under 5 months of processing time ‍

Hey, when it gave you a final decision date, did it still say that background is in progress?

My application says this. I am worried. Bakcground check and eligibility is still pending. May I know if anyone else is in the same boat? What decision did they receive?
