Visitor Visa for my elder brother

Hi everyone,

I’m hoping to get some advice or guidance regarding my brother’s situation. He is a member of the Indian Air Force and has applied for a Canada visitor visa three times, but unfortunately, his application has been rejected each time. We are trying to understand the reasons for the refusals and how to improve his chances in future applications.

If anyone has experience with visa applications for military personnel or insights into what factors might be leading to the rejections, your advice would be greatly appreciated. We’ve already ensured all documents were submitted properly, but something seems to be missing.

Yes he is married and have 2 children. My other 2 siblings are 2 elder sisters and married too. Can I order GCMS now also as it is more than a year for the rejection.

Order GCMS notes and you will know the exact reason why the visa was denied and then u can reapply by rectifying the concerns of visa officer. Write strong letter of explanation and apply with all the supporting documents. All the best

Okay thanks- The GCMS note is different than ATIP request- Moreover it’s almost a year now . can I order now also ??

ATIP request is what you apply for and request GCMS notes from IRCC. Doesn't matter if it's been a year, for example, citizenship application is kept on record for 150 years.
