Medical for add on spouse

I added my spouse to my ongoing application.
My spouse for asked for biometrics and Medical. She did it. Do we have to send them to IRCC or both are automatically updated on their end?

Medicals & Biometrics are always automatically updated to IRCC from whichever establishment completed those tests and checks. You do get a copy to keep for yourself though.
