Hi! Please i need clarification on an ongoing application. I have my application under the MPNP review. All documents submitted and certified based on the last email. However, my IELT will expire in 2months time. If their response get to the Federal pools after the expiry date of the IELT, will i need to retake the IELT?

Yes you would need to get a new one.
