Yes I have my AOR. I was able to track my first application in eCAS next day after AOR. Now it is two months since AOR for my second application and nothing showed in eCAS.

I received an email to provide information for portal email . I sent all information requested . How long does it take to receive portal link ?

Which office is issued your AOR?

It was issued by Vancouver office. I raised the webform to solve the issue and still my application did not show on eCAS.

AOR means that the application is complete and will be processed. In AOR and biometric letter you will see your permanent application number (start with H000). You can call IRCC and they may provide you with the application number or wait for AOR which usually come around 1 month after you submit your application.

This what i am asking i have already received the biometric request and have given the biometric but i did not rceived the AOR. On my biometric i have my application number whcih start with H000xxxxx.
I check in my online portal but there it just in status column as submitted thats it.
I haven't receive any email for AOR nor my lawyer sent it to me. Does biometric means my file is recveid by IRCC and they are working on it. I submitted in July 9 and Aug 07th me and my wife given our biometrics.

You can request gcms notes including visa officers reason for refusal and then apply for reconsideration by providing counter arguments and an evidence for each argument,may I know which visa office processed the application and what was the application grounds?did you use any lawyer?

This happened with me also. I received the request to pay biometric fee and it have my application number on top but never received the AOR.

I paid biometric fee with H&C application fee all together upfront..

I applied for my 2nd H&C recently in August. And received request for biometric fee in September. So it just says submitted in portal.

Yeah, it says our application number.
